Description

We present organic spruce needle hydrolate for detergents, whose raw material is the needles of the Picea abies tree. The liquid is known among international buyers as Spruce organic hydrolate for detergents. The Pinaceae family includes the genus, and the trees occupy areas in Bulgaria. Care according to organic principles excludes chemical agents and artificial fertilizers, which is why the needles go into processing in a natural and unaltered state. The needles are selected for extraction, while the twigs and bark are separated beforehand. Steam extraction gives the product a dense and fresh character, because the aqueous phase takes up the volatile substances from the needles and preserves them until the final form of the product. The strong scent starts from the fresh side, and the resinous and forest nuances follow it closely throughout the entire progression. The color lies between colorless and a pale yellow tone on inspection of the finished liquid. The faint yellow tint comes from substances in the needles and becomes visible in a larger volume. The liquid remains clear and uniform in appearance throughout its entire depth. The resin ducts in the mesophyll tissue of the needle are behind the great strength of the scent in the conifers of this genus and are evident in the finished product. The needles and twigs release bornyl acetate, limonene, pinene and borneol, and these substances hold the leading place among the volatile constituents of this coniferous species. Borneol and terpineol, as oxygenated monoterpenes, form the basis of the aqueous phase. In addition, the composition combines water with the volatile compounds of the needle raw material, without added colorants and without preservatives in the finished product. Storage

Store organic spruce needle hydrolate in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +4°C to +10°C to limit the growth of microorganisms. After opening, use the contents within 6 months and limit the amount of air in the container. Use only aluminum or glass bottles for detergent products, preferably dark glass, which protect the hydrolate for detergents from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and contaminants from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the freshness and quality of the product for a longer period.
